Prabhudeva to be seen in his favourite genre

Actor-Choreographer-Director Prabhudeva has teamed up with popular Malayalam director SJ Sinu for a comedy thriller titled “Petta Rap”. The process kick started with a pooja in Chennai. The movie is produced by Joby P Sam under Blue Hill Films.

Vedhika will play the female lead character in the film whose shooting will commence in Pondicherry on June 15, 2023. SJ Sinu known for his works in films like ‘Theru’and ‘Djibouti’.

‘Petta Rap’ will be a blend on romance, action, music and dance. The team has captioned the film with an exciting tagline “Paattu, Adi, Aattam – Repeat” which promises Prabhudeva to be seen in his favourite genre. Story and the screenplay was handled by Dinil PK . Cinematography will be carried out by Jithu Damodar.

The music of the film is to be scored by D Imman. Editing was accomplished by San Lokesh and art direction is done by AR Mohan.

Vivek Prasanna, Bhagavathy Perumal, Ramesh Tilak, Rajeev Pillai, Kalabhavan Shajon, Mime Gopi and Riyaz Khan play supportive roles.

The shoot of ‘Petta Rap’ produced by Joby P Sam of Blue Hill Films and directed by SJ Sinu with Prabhudeva as protagonist will commence on June 15.
