Dhanush’s Tamil and Telugu bilingual “Kuberaa”, directed by Sekhar Kammula and jointly-produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Rama Mohan Rao of Sri Venkateshwara LLP and Sekhar Kammula of Amigos Creations is all geared up to hit the screens on June 20, 2025. The film has an ensemble cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Haresh Peradi along with Dhanush. The makers’ announcement that the whole film has been shot both in Tamil and Telugu language has heightened the anticipation among fans and cinematic enthusiasts.
The trailer of “Kuberaa” was released recently in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi language but fans and netizens can’t help but notice that the lips do not sync and the audio has been mismatched in the Tamil trailer. The unprofessional behaviour of the makers bluffing that the whole film was shot separately in two different languages, Tamil and Telugu is unbelievable. It is clearly evident that the audio and the lip movement of the actors are not in sync and the makers bluffing fans and shattering their anticipation for mere audiences is diabolical.
An experienced director who has delivered various hits and many critically acclaimed movies doing such an act is unprofessional and unethical. They have taken for granted the fans trust and it’s like fooling them. The fact that Dhanush, who has always aimed to satisfy his fans, seems to be compromised with the makers cheating the Tamil audiences. If such acts continue in the film industry, the success and fans’ support for the movies will be uncertain and the standard of movies might crash down.
