Vikram Prabhu as the Explosive Desi Raju in Anushka Shetty and Krish Jagarlamudi’s “Ghaati”

‘Ghaati’, the much-anticipated Pan-India film directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, has taken the internet by storm with its character glimpses and first looks. Released on Anushka Shetty’s birthday, her fierce and intense avatar sets the stage for what promises to be a gripping cinematic experience. The movie, produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi under UV Creations and First Frame Entertainment, marks the second collaboration between Anushka and Krish, following their blockbuster Vedam. It is also her fourth film with UV Creations.

Joining Anushka in this action-packed drama is Tamil star Vikram Prabhu, who plays the male lead, Desi Raju. To celebrate his birthday, the makers unveiled his first-look poster and character glimpse. The poster features Vikram in a rugged and ferocious avatar, hinting at the intensity of his role.

The character glimpse introduces Desi Raju in a high-stakes chase through dense forests and rugged terrains, pursued by the police. The sequence escalates into thrilling action scenes, showcasing Vikram’s gritty combat skills as he battles a group of goons. The teaser then shifts tone, offering a tender, romantic moment between Vikram and Anushka, who share a warm smile while riding bikes, hinting at a layered relationship between their characters.

The film’s tagline, “Victim, Criminal, Legend,” hints at a complex narrative exploring themes of morality, survival, and redemption. Ghaati promises a unique blend of high-octane action and an emotionally charged storyline, delving into the darker aspects of human nature and the choices that define us.

With Manojh Reddy Katasani’s stunning cinematography, Nagavelli Vidya Sagar’s powerful score, and Sai Madhav Burra’s sharp dialogues, Ghaati ensures a visually and emotionally engaging experience.
