The audio and trailer launch of Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2, one of the most anticipated films of the year, took place in Chennai on 20th March 2025 with much fanfare. Produced by Riya Shibu under HR Pictures and directed by S.U. Arun Kumar, the film boasts an impressive cast, including Chiyaan Vikram, S.J. Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Dhushara Vijayan.
The grand event saw the presence of the film’s cast and crew, with notable attendees such as Chiyaan Vikram, S.J. Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Dhushara Vijayan, director S.U. Arun Kumar, actor Prithvi, music composer G.V.Prakash Kumar, art director Balachander, cinematographer Theni Eswar, editor G.K. Prasanna, and producer Riya Shibu.
Speaking at the event, Chiyaan Vikram shared his enthusiasm for the film, stating, “Everything we wanted to convey is in the film. Please watch and enjoy it.” He also expressed his admiration for director Arun Kumar, revealing that after watching Chittha, he began calling him by that name instead of his real one due to the film’s impact. Vikram added that he had long wanted to collaborate with Arun Kumar, and Veera Dheera Sooran became the perfect opportunity.
The actor also acknowledged his fans’ desire to see him in diverse roles, saying, “I’ve been waiting for a film like this, and Arun’s vision aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. This film is a treat for fans, but it also carries deep emotions.” He described the movie as a blend of Sethupathi and Chittha, promising a unique cinematic experience.
Vikram took a moment to express his gratitude to the film’s team, calling Arun Kumar a great support and a newfound friend. He praised S.J. Suryah as a “rock star” for his dedication and applauded producer Riya Shibu for her passion and energy, predicting that she would surpass her father’s legacy in the industry. He also thanked composer G.V. Prakash Kumar, calling him his “lucky charm” and emphasizing that the film’s music is like “another hero.”
With high expectations surrounding the film, Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 is set to hit theaters worldwide on March 27.
