Kamal Haasan’s visit to perplexity!

Actor, filmmaker Kamal Haasan visited the headquarters of Perplexity, an AI-powered search platform at the forefront of global innovation. During his visit, he interacted with Mr. Aravind Srinivas, co-founder and CEO of Perplexity.

The meeting contemplated a shared passion for pushing boundaries. Kamal Haasan, known for decades of groundbreaking work in Indian cinema, and Mr. Srinivas, a leading figure in next-generation AI, found mutuality in curiosity and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Following the visit, Mr. Kamal Haasan shared his reflections on social media, “From cinema to Silicon, the tools evolve—but our thirst for what’s next remains. The visit comes to the release of Thug Life, Kamal Haasan’s much-anticipated upcoming film directed by Mani Ratnam, with music scored by A.R. Rahman, and produced by Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananth. The film is scheduled to hit the screen worldwide on June 5, 2025.
