Ashok Selvan’s Next Film AS23 Launches with Pooja Ceremony

Actor Ashok Selvan, a prominent figure in the Tamil film industry, has commenced production on his next project, tentatively titled #AS23. A traditional pooja ceremony marked the official launch of the film.

#AS23 will see Ashok Selvan in the lead role, under the direction of debutant Karthikeyan Ramakrishnan. Preethi Mukundan will star opposite Ashok Selvan. The screenplay is penned by Vignesh Raja, the acclaimed writer behind the recent hit “Por Thozhil.” Further casting and crew details are expected to be released shortly.

This project marks the second production from the duo Ashok Selvan and Abhinaya Selvam of Happy High Pictures, the studio responsible for the successful “Oh My Kadavule.” With the combined forces of Ashok Selvan as both actor and producer, Karthikeyan Ramakrishnan’s directorial debut, and Vignesh Raja’s compelling script, #AS23 has already generated significant buzz among fans. The film is touted as a full-length entertainer.
