Jayaram and Urvashi Reunite After Years for Pandiraj’s Fun-Filled Family Thriller ‘Parimala & Co’

Director Pandiraj, known for delivering successful family entertainers in Tamil cinema, is back with a refreshing thriller-comedy drama titled Parimala & Co. Marking his 12th directorial venture after the success of Thalaivan Thalaivii, the film promises a perfect blend of humour, emotions and suspense.

The grand press meet of the film was recently held in the presence of the cast, crew and media personalities, where the team shared exciting details and memorable experiences from the shoot.

Producer G.K.M Tamilkumaran praised Pandiraj’s dedication and said the entire team trusted the filmmaker completely with the project. He added that the director’s commitment and speed of execution played a major role in shaping the film beautifully.

Actor Sendrayan described Parimala & Co as a wholesome family entertainer that can be enjoyed by audiences of all age groups. Actor-director Adithya also appreciated Pandiraj’s patience and ability to bring out the best performances from his actors.

Actresses Gayathri, Ananthika, Poornima Ravi and Sanjana Krishnamoorthy shared that working in the film felt like being part of a real family. They expressed happiness about collaborating with a talented ensemble cast and an energetic team.

Sandy Master, who plays an important role in the film, called the experience of working alongside veterans Jayaram and Urvashi unforgettable. He revealed that the film will feature mystery, comedy, emotional moments and entertaining commercial elements in equal measure.

Veteran actress Urvashi said she instantly connected with the script when Pandiraj narrated it to her. She also expressed happiness about reuniting with Jayaram after many years, adding that their scenes together felt fresh and natural despite their long history of working together in classic films.

Jayaram described the screenplay as the real hero of the film and stated that the story itself gave everyone immense confidence from the beginning.

Parimala & Co is produced by Subaskaran under the banner of Lyca Productions in association with Tamilkumaran Productions Pvt Ltd and Pasanga Productions. George C. Williams has handled cinematography, while newcomer Foxn has composed the music for the film.
