'Anbe Diana' Trailer Promises a Heartwarming Family Entertainer Ahead of July 17 Release

The trailer launch event of 'Anbe Diana', produced by Million Dollar Studios in association with Neo Castle Creations, was held in Chennai in the presence of the film's cast, crew and several prominent guests from the Tamil film industry.

Director-actor Paari Ilavazhagan, lead actress Ramya Ranganathan, veteran actress Roja, actors Chetan and Parithabangal Gopi, music composer Bharath Shankar, cinematographer Shelly Calist, editor Partha, producers Yuvaraj Ganesan, Satya Karikalan and Saravanan, along with special guests Samuthirakani, Sasikumar and director Dinakaran Sivalingam, attended the event and shared their experiences of working on the film.

The team described Anbe Diana as a wholesome family entertainer that blends romance, emotions, humour and strong family values. They also highlighted that the film's climax would leave a lasting emotional impact on audiences while showcasing the culture and lifestyle of Chennai's Perambur, particularly the Anglo-Indian community, in an authentic manner.

Director Paari Ilavazhagan thanked the producers for trusting his vision and giving him complete creative freedom. He credited the entire cast and technical team for bringing the story to life and expressed confidence that the film would become a memorable celebration of Perambur and its people.

Lead actress Ramya Ranganathan said that playing Diana has been one of the most fulfilling roles of her career, adding that the character gave her ample scope to explore a wide range of emotions. Veteran actress Roja described the film as a clean family entertainer that audiences of all age groups would enjoy.

Actor Chetan, Parithabangal Gopi, composer Bharath Shankar and editor Partha praised Paari Ilavazhagan's writing and storytelling, noting that every character has been carefully developed. They also appreciated the film's music, cinematography and emotional depth.

Special guests Samuthirakani, Sasikumar and Dinakaran Sivalingam congratulated the team after watching the trailer, expressing confidence that the film would connect with family audiences and emerge as a successful commercial entertainer.

After earning appreciation for Jama, Paari Ilavazhagan returns as the writer, director and lead actor of Anbe Diana. Ramya Ranganathan plays the female lead, while Roja, Chetan, Parithabangal Gopi, Ismath Banu, Sudharshan Gandhi and Sel Murugan appear in pivotal roles.

The film features music by Bharath Shankar, cinematography by Shelly Calist, editing by Partha, and production design by Mahendran.

Following the positive response to its first-look poster, songs and promotional material, the newly released trailer has further raised expectations. 'Anbe Diana' is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on July 17, 2026.
