‘Angikaaram’ Trailer Wins Praise For Its Powerful Sports And Courtroom Drama

The trailer of the upcoming Tamil film Angikaaram has been receiving an overwhelming response from audiences and film buffs alike ever since its release on social media. Produced by Swasthik Visions and directed by Thenpathiyan, a former associate of acclaimed filmmaker Pa. Ranjith, the film promises an intense and emotional story rooted in reality.

Based on several true incidents, Angikaaram revolves around the struggles faced by athletes and the harsh realities within the sports sector. The film highlights the emotional and legal battle of a track and field athlete fighting for the recognition he rightfully deserves.

The trailer has particularly caught attention for its emotionally charged courtroom sequences and hard-hitting dialogues. The visuals effectively showcase the protagonist’s determination to fight against injustice, creating strong anticipation among movie lovers.

One of the major highlights of the production is the massive courtroom set that was specially erected for the film at a cost of nearly Rs.75 lakhs. Several crucial scenes were shot in this elaborate setup, adding authenticity and scale to the narrative.

The film also marks the acting debut of K.J.R as the lead hero. The cast includes Viji Venkatesh, Ajith Goshi, Sindhoori Viswanath, Antony, Rangaraj Pandey, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mohan Ram and several others in important roles.

Music for the film has been composed by Ghibran, while A. Viswanath has handled cinematography. Renowned stunt choreographer Peter Hein has designed the action sequences, with editing by Dineshkumar. Art direction by Ramu Thangaraj, sound design by Sampath Azhwar and choreography by Sheriff further enhance the film’s technical strength.
