Prabhu Deva and Vadivelu Reunite After 25 Years as ‘Bang Bang’ Wraps Shooting

The shooting of “Bang Bang,” starring dance icon Prabhu Deva and comedy legend Vadivelu, has been successfully completed, the makers officially announced. Produced by KRG Kannan Ravi and co-produced by Deepak Ravi, the film has already generated strong buzz among fans ever since its announcement.

One of the biggest highlights of the project is the reunion of Prabhu Deva and Vadivelu after nearly 25 years. The duo, known for their unforgettable screen chemistry, is expected to deliver a refreshing entertainment experience once again through this ambitious venture.

“Bang Bang” is being made in the zombie genre and promises to be a full-fledged commercial entertainer packed with action, comedy, and horror elements. Fans are especially excited to witness Prabhu Deva’s stylish screen presence combined with Vadivelu’s trademark comic timing.

A major schedule of the film was shot in Malaysia for over 10 days, while several important sequences were also filmed near Indonesia’s famous Mount Bromo volcano. The team believes these grand visuals will be among the major highlights of the movie.

Earlier, the title teaser of “Bang Bang” grabbed massive attention on social media. The teaser featured Prabhu Deva and Vadivelu in a rugged avatar surrounded by zombies, holding guns in intense action-packed visuals. Fans also flooded social media with humorous nicknames such as “Prabhu Velu” and “Vadi Deva,” further increasing curiosity around the film.

The movie is written and directed by Sam Rodrigues. Music for the film is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while H.C. Venu handles cinematography. Action choreography is by Suresh, editing is by Antony, and art direction is by Don Bala. National Award-winning Sync Cinema, known for its work in “Animal,” is taking care of the sound design, while Telangana State Award winner Aravind Menon is handling sound mixing.

Actor Babloo Prithiveeraj plays an important role in the film, which marks the fourth prestigious production venture of KRG. With shooting now wrapped up, the makers have confirmed that post-production work will begin shortly. As anticipation continues to grow among fans, more exciting updates from “Bang Bang” are expected to be unveiled soon.
