Harkara first look revealed

The First Look of Kalorful Beta Movement’s approaching production titled “Harkara”, directed by Ram Arun Castro, who plays the lead as well, is launched. Kaali Venkat plays as another lead alongside Ram Arun Castro in this movie. This film, made to honor the postmen and postwomen had its first look revealed by the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu.

The film with the slogan – India’s First Postman, features the protagonist in a different look. The first look has garnered a phenomenal response from the audience and fans are highly anticipated to see it on screens.

Ram Arun Castro is embarking on his directorial venture with this film ‘Harkara’.

The film’s storyline revolves around a postman, who narrates his experience in a Hilly village without any digital facilities. He doesn’t get accustomed to the lifestyle of the people there. His encounters and experiences with the people and place are told in an bewitching way. Harkara also has a surprising episode about India’s First Postman.

Additionally, Mrs. Charukesi, Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu, released the film’s first look. She said, “…The postal department holds a special place in the hearts of our citizens, serving as a vital means of communication and connection for centuries. This movie is an opportunity to honor the exceptional contributions of postmen and shed light on their journey, challenges, and triumphs. My heartfelt wishes to the moviemakers for the success of their project. May this cinematic endeavor inspire and educate audiences about the importance of our postal system and the selfless service rendered by postmen.”

Gauthami is playing the female lead, whereas Ramamoorthy, Jayaprakash Radhakrishnan and a few others play supportive roles. The entire film is shot completely in the hilly village located near Theni.

Cinematography is handled by Philip R. Sundar and Lokesh Elangovan. Music of the film is scored by Ram Shankar. Editing work is carried out by Danny Charles and the art direction is done by VRK Ramesh. The movie is produced by N.A. Ramu and Saravanan Ponraj under Kalorful Beta Movement.

The official announcement on the film’s audio and worldwide theatrical release date will be out in the near future.
